These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website at archivault.world and the document organisation and general information services offered by Archivault ("we", "us", or "our"), registered at 137 Bang Na-Trat Road, Bang Na, Bangkok 10260, Thailand. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. 1. Definitions
- "Service" or "Services" — the document organisation sessions, general information workshops, and family archive membership arrangements offered by Archivault.
- "User" or "you" — any individual who accesses our website or engages our Services.
- "We / Us / Our" — Archivault, operating from 137 Bang Na-Trat Road, Bang Na, Bangkok 10260, Thailand.
- "Content" — all text, materials, checklists, reference guides, and information published on our website or provided during sessions.
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry form, booking a session, or using our website, you confirm that you:
- Are aged 18 or over, or are acting on behalf of a family member or organisation with authority to do so
- Have read and understood these Terms
- Have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement
3. Service Description & Scope
Archivault provides the following Services:
- Belongings & Records Inventory: An administrative session to list and label household documents and belongings into a clear inventory.
- General Information Workshop: A group session providing plain-language general information about how estate-related documents are typically arranged.
- Family Archive Membership: An annual arrangement providing periodic organising sessions and access to general reference materials.
Important: All Services are general and informational in nature. Archivault does not provide personal, legal, financial, tax, or regulated advisory services of any kind. Nothing provided during a session or in any written material constitutes advice specific to any individual's circumstances.
4. Bookings & Payment
- Sessions are arranged by appointment following an enquiry. A booking is confirmed once written confirmation has been issued by Archivault and payment has been received.
- All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes. Current prices are: Inventory ฿4,200; Workshop ฿12,800; Annual Membership ฿26,500.
- Payment is accepted by bank transfer only, prior to the session date.
- Archivault reserves the right to adjust pricing on reasonable notice. Confirmed and paid bookings are not subject to price increases.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice will be rescheduled at no additional charge or refunded in full.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of ฿500, at our discretion.
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.
6. User Responsibilities
When using our website or attending our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information when making an enquiry
- Use our website and Services for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our website or systems
- Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our Content without prior written permission
7. Intellectual Property
All Content on our website and in our printed materials — including text, checklists, reference guides, and the Archivault name and logo — is the intellectual property of Archivault. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially distribute any Content without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of printed materials provided to you during a session is permitted.

- Our Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We make no representation that the information provided will be complete, accurate for every jurisdiction, or suited to any particular individual's circumstances.
- General information provided during sessions or in written materials is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
- We do not make any representation about outcomes or results that may follow from organising your documents.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:
- Archivault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or Services.
- Our total liability in connection with any single Service shall not exceed the fee paid for that Service.
- We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, power outages, or public health measures.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be referred to informal discussion between the parties, with the aim of reaching a reasonable resolution within 30 days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date above. Continued use of our website or Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
