Three Ways to Bring Records Into Order

How Archivault Sessions Work
Every Archivault service begins with a short written confirmation of what the session covers. We are clear about scope before any session starts — and that scope remains general and informational throughout.
Sessions are held at our office in Bang Na or, for group workshops, at a confirmed venue. All sessions are conducted in English, with Thai-language support available during inventory sessions on request.

Across All Services
Our Shared Standards
Privacy by Default
All sessions take place in a closed, private setting. Documents are not copied or removed without written permission.
Written Scope Confirmation
Every client receives a written note of scope before any session. There are no surprises about what is or is not covered.
Plain Language Standard
All written materials are checked for clarity before distribution. No technical terminology without a clear explanation alongside it.
PDPA-Aligned Practice
Our data-handling procedures are aligned with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. We keep only what is needed and for no longer than necessary.
Annual Material Review
Checklists and reference guides are reviewed and updated at least once per calendar year to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Post-Session Follow-Up
We follow up with every client after a session to confirm the printed materials were received and useful, and to note any general questions that arose.
