"I had been putting off sorting my late mother's paperwork for nearly two years. The session with Siriporn was so calm — we just worked through everything, folder by folder. At the end I had a printed list that actually made sense. I felt a great deal lighter walking out."

"My wife and I attended the General Information Workshop together. The presenter, James, explained everything clearly and did not use terms that required a background in law or finance to understand. We appreciated how upfront they were that the session was general information only. That honesty was refreshing."

"We have been on the Family Archive Membership for about fourteen months. The quarterly check-ins are genuinely useful — it is easy for records to drift out of order between sessions, and having someone come back around every three months means things stay tidy. The checklists are well put together."

"As an expatriate family without a strong Thai-language background, keeping records in order has always been a low-level worry. The inventory session helped enormously. They were also able to provide Thai-language support for a few of the documents, which I had not expected but was very grateful for."

"The workshop was well-structured and easy to follow. I would have liked a slightly longer Q&A section at the end, but I understand they keep to general topics only. The printed reference guide they handed out was more useful than I expected — I have referred to it a few times since."

"I booked the inventory session after a difficult period in the family and was a little apprehensive about going through everything. The pace was really gentle. At no point did I feel rushed or pressed to make any kind of decision. The summary document is now kept with the records — very practical."

Case Studies

A Closer Look at Three Family Journeys

These brief accounts illustrate, in general terms, the kind of situation families bring to us and how the session unfolded. Details have been changed to protect privacy.

Case Study 01 · Belongings & Records Inventory

A Family of Three Sorting a Large Volume of Mixed Records

The Situation

Three adult siblings had inherited a large quantity of household and financial records from a shared family home. The documents were in mixed order across several boxes and drawers, and no family member was sure what was recent, what was historical, and what could safely be set aside.

The Session

All three siblings attended the inventory session together. Working through the documents by category took just under three hours. Each item was listed and labelled on a shared reference sheet, with a note on where in the home it was held.

The Outcome

The family left with a three-page printed inventory that each sibling received a copy of. They described it as the first time they all felt they held the same picture of the household records. One sibling later booked a General Information Workshop.

"Having all three of us in the same room with the same list in front of us made a real difference. We had been talking around the subject for months."

Case Study 02 · General Information Workshop

A Small Company Group Seeking General Awareness

The Situation

A Bangkok company wished to offer its longer-serving employees access to general estate document information as part of a wellbeing programme. The HR manager enquired about a group workshop that could be delivered in-house at their office.

The Session

James delivered the General Information Workshop to a group of nine employees at the company's Bang Na offices. The session covered common document types, how timelines around estate paperwork are generally arranged, and left time for general questions.

The Outcome

Each participant received a printed reference guide. The HR manager fed back that the session was well-received — particularly the plain language and the pace. A follow-up workshop was arranged for a second group the following month.

"Several people came up to me after to say it was the first time the subject had been presented to them in a way that did not feel heavy or alarming."

Case Study 03 · Family Archive Membership

A Retired Couple Maintaining Long-Term Record Tidiness

The Situation

A retired couple in Bang Na had completed an inventory session and found it useful, but were concerned that their records would drift back into disorder over time without some ongoing structure. They enquired about whether there was a way to maintain the tidiness they had achieved.

The Membership

The couple joined the Family Archive Membership. Quarterly check-ins are scheduled in advance, and between visits Nattawut updates their access to the general reference materials and checklists as new versions are issued.

After 18 Months

The couple has now been members for one and a half years. They renewed without hesitation at the annual point and noted that the quarterly visits had become something they actively look forward to — a structured moment to review and refresh their records.

"We were worried that once the initial session was over, things would gradually slip back. The membership has meant that has not happened."
